Blog 3

I've been to the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary before and I really enjoyed it, though our field trip was more eventful than my previous visit.  I went just 2 or 3 weeks before the semester started, so I was able to really see what Dr. Morris was talking about when he mentioned the dry season.  Just a few weeks earlier, the tiny puddle with alligators was at least 30 feet in diameter.  I'd like to go back now that it's started to rain again and see how much water there is.
